Slow food

The Municipality of Montecatini Terme and the Slow Food Italia association have signed an important Memorandum of Understanding to promote the territory and its existing assets.Good food, good wine, healthy eating and, in general, the science of food and wine can contribute to strengthening the ties between quality products and the territory with the aim of safeguarding biodiversity. Along with education and culture is the promotion of the practice of a different quality of life – one that respects seasonality, the environment and consumer health.
