Ruggero Leoncavallo’s House, facadeThe artist, originally from Naples, spent much time in Montecatini Terme, where he composed numerous Reinassance musical works.
Here he died in 1919 in the small villa on Via Giannini that bears his name, which is now privately owned and cannot be visited.

In memory of the artist, a street in the city has also been named in his honour.
