La X edizione del Festival Food&Book in programma dal 24 al 26 ottobre 2025, come per le precedenti edizioni, ha l’obiettivo di valorizzare il territorio attraverso la cultura e in particolare “La cultura del cibo”, creare flussi di visitatori qualificati, coinvolgere un territorio che si caratterizza per un forte appeal culturale e artistico ed ha una vocazione all’ospitalità turistica.
Questa edizione vedrà la presenza di un ospite d’eccezione:
Enrico Bartolini, lo chef più stellato d’Italia e il secondo nel mondo con 14 stelle Michelin per i suoi molteplici ristoranti, sarà l’ospite d’onore alla Cena di gala che inaugurerà la decima edizione del Festival Food&Book.
Sarà lo stesso Bartolini a curare la Cena di Gala che si terrà al Castello La Querceta, sede dell’Istituto Alberghiero Martini di Montecatini Terme dove Bartolini ha studiato e dove incontrerà alcuni degli insegnanti che hanno contribuito alla sua formazione.

Il Festival sarà anche l’occasione per visitare la città liberty e il MO.C.A. il museo in cui è in corso una mostra su Mirò ed è esposta una delle più grandi tele dell’artista catalano Donna avvolta in un volo di uccello.
