ANIMAMUNDI

On Sunday 9 June and Sunday 16 June the ANIMAMUNDI Project will be inaugurated at the Montecatini Alto Monastery. Starting from June 9th, every Sunday from 10am to 8pm, the monastery guesthouse will welcome days between nature and spirituality, which will continue throughout the summer and will include meditation sessions, conscious movement, workshops on herbs and nature for adults , creative workshops for children, naturopathy, clown theatre, breakfasts, light brunches, snacks, music and much more.
The program is conceived and organized by ANIMAMUNDI, a local association that promotes cultural, environmental and educational activities of social interest, for the diffusion of the culture of biophysical and spiritual well-being, for human and social growth. Through the organization of meetings, courses, workshops, seminars and the promotion of community aggregation, ANIMAMUNDI is dedicated to the search for internal and social harmony and well-being in a holistic sense.
The Monastery of Montecatini Alto, thanks to this initiative, becomes the place of holistic experiences and practices, moments of conviviality and refreshment, in an atmosphere of simplicity and peace where you can regenerate.
ANIMAMUNDI invites everyone to join in this journey towards authentic and profound well-being, where nature and spirituality blend to create balance between body, mind and spirit.
