GUIDED TOUR FOR PUBLIC WITH MENTAL DISABILITIES

Join us to discover Montecatini Terme and Alto!

The initiative continues, which sees the collaboration between the Municipal Administration, specialized tourist guides and local associations, such as UICI, ENS, Associazione Gruppo Incontro and Intrecci Cooperativa Sociale, for the creation of free guided tours with the involvement of categories with physical, sensorial and cognitive disabilities.

The project, financed under the public ministerial notice “Urgent measures to support businesses and economic operators, work, health and territorial services, connected to the COVID-19 emergency” referred to in the Decree of the Ministry of the Interior – Department for Internal and Territorial Affairs – Central Directorate for Local Finance of 22 December 2021, provides for the creation of 8 guided tours of the spa town in which it will be possible to participate for free.

The guided tour of April 15 will focus on Montecatini Alto. We will walk through the medieval alleys that have marked the history of this ancient village, letting ourselves be enveloped by its slow life.
